We first arrived in the middle of winter, unable to drive up—the road hadn’t been plowed. So we made our way on foot, trekking through the snow to reach a small, cold cabin tucked deep in the woods.
Inside, it felt rough—cold, worn, and long forgotten.
But then we looked out the window.
The lake, frozen and perfectly still, stretched out before us.
In that moment, everything changed.
We knew this place was worth bringing back to life.

OUR STORY

THE CABIN

Just two hours from Toronto, A French country inspired hilltop cabin, sits at the edge of 200 acres of forest with sweeping views of Davis Lake. Once a small hunt cabin, now thoughtfully reimagined into a warm and modern retreat designed for slowing down and reconnecting with nature.

Inside, the open-concept space blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Large windows frame the lake in front, while the wood stove creates a cozy place to gather after a day outdoors.

Take a soak in the saltwater hot tub, gather around the natural Canadian Shield fire pit, or wander down to Davis Lake for a swim or quiet moment by the water.
